Birthmonth: Potter style.

Before I get into the main purpose of my blog, I have a few immediate thoughts that I would like to share with you.

  • I went to Seviche for dinner with Brittnee, Patrick and George tonight. It was delicious. With that said, I’m currently eating mass quantities of Starbursts. I could have eaten 5x what I did.
  • I am also watching The Bachelorette. 3.5 thoughts here:
    • Ashley, the current bachelorette, has a really good body.
      • She also needs to get her act together. I mean, COME ON LADY! No more speak of Bentley!!!
    • These men are beautiful.
    • I should be the next Bachelorette… or a bachelorette on The Bachelor.

…and finally, I present to you, the main event…

Due to the fact that I will be out of town for much of the latter half of July, I’ve decided to start my birthmonth now… mind you, I WILL still celebrate my birth the entire month of July as well, but GARSH DARN IT, I deserve to start celebrating now… so, happy birthmonth to me. To kick off my birthmonth, I’ve decided to make a list of things that I would like for my birthday… I’ll also accept other gifts, as well… but if I had to make a list (you know, if you were twisting my arm) I’d want some of these things:

  • One hundred MILLION dollars.
  • For the tires on my Mazda to be less expensive, and stop crapping out on me.
    • I would also accept a new Lexus, Audi, Saab or Volvo. I think they’d be fun to drive around, and I’d look good in one.
  • One of these guys on The Bachelorette to want to take me on 890,382,169 dates.
  • Lots of donations to my 50 Finest fundraising, via THIS site.
  • An airplane ticket to California.
  • An airplane ticket to somewhere to go on a mission trip/somewhere to help people.
  • Lululemon headbands, to hold my hair back at the gym/at yoga. (Yes, I’ve been going to yoga!)
  • The power to read minds.
  • For my dad to upgrade his iPad to an iPad 2, and give me his iPad.
  • Ice cream cake.
  • Cupcakes.
  • Someone to take my Tiffany’s necklace to the Tiffany’s store, get the knot taken out of the chain, and have it polished… and maybe have the “a” put on correctly, so it hangs like it is supposed to. I got it for my 23rd birthday!
  • A vacation. Like a real, live vacation. Preferrably somewhere where my phone just doesn’t get any service. At all.
  • A piece from THIS jewelry set.
  • Something nice.
  • Flowers every day of my birthmonth.
  • For the wishes on every set of candles that I blow out to come true.
  • Someone to write me something amazingly nice in a birthday card, or on some pretty notebook paper, at least. Several people can do this if they’d like.
  • … I shouldn’t be greedy. I should stop with my list now.
You get the point though. I’m an extreeeeeeemely needy (nearly) 27 year old. My birthday is the one day that is mine, and garsh darn it, you should all be thrilled that I was born!
All for now. Let the celebration of me begin!
xoxo AP
